Video Demo: Add Multithreading to Microsoft® Excel® With SimpleIPC

The on-line video demonstration below illustrates a simple example of adding a multithreaded "listener" to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. In this exercise, we keep the spreadsheet contents in-sync with data from a database on a continuous basis. Doing this with SimpleIPC allows the spreadsheet to remain responsive to the interactive user. It also insulates the MS Excel application from any issues with memory leaks or process crashes.
